AyushMax 2016, a first of its kind international exhibition of Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy, will be held from November 4-6 in Hyderabad.

With an aim to promote the Ayush stream of medicines and medicinal products, the organizers, from different segments of Indian stream of medicine like Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Homoeopathy and Wellness, have come together to exhibit their products and services on a single platform at Hyderabad.

“AyushMax 2016 will be a useful platform for the public to gain the benefits of Ayush medicine. The public can also avail free health cards, awareness sessions on yoga & physiotherapy etc. The Telangana state government has agreed to be ‘state partner’ for the event and providing knowledge support to efficiently promote government schemes on Ayush,” informed Vamsi Udayagiri, CEO of Event Maxima.

As this is the first of its international Ayush exhibition, the organizers from Event Maxima and Womenergy have come together and roped in all their energies to make this event a big success. “We are expecting around 50,000 visitors for this unique platform on Ayush,” adds Vamsi.

The main reason for orgnaising this international event in Hyderabad is due to increased patronizing of Ayurvedic medicines, use of alternate medicine systems and practicing yoga by urban and rural people. Moreover Hyderabad is having state-of-the-art hospitals that offer affordable quality medical care and it is also regarded as one of the preferred destinations for medical tourism. Besides, there are a large number of major renowned pharmaceutical companies and medical education institutions in the city which is also regarded as one of the reasons for hosting such a gala exhibition in Hyderabad.

Overall AyushMax Expo is expected to promote Indian traditional medicines and other indigenous medicine systems by showcasing growing and proven global acceptance of Ayush for mental and body wellness through best practices focusing on preventive healthcare.

The 3-day expo is expected to witness participants from renowned hospitals, educational institutions, wellness centres, pharmaceutical and phytopharmaceutical companies, medical tourism facilitators, and alternative medicines centres etc.

“Event Maxima has started with the main objective of being as a one stop shop for managing events. We are currently catering to around 50 shows across India and our portal has around 12000 unique visitors,” Vijaya Lakshmi K, chairman and MD, Event Maxima says.
